Wedding hire

A more premium experience than other hire options. We'll ensure our lawns are freshly cut for your big day, and we'll ensure a professional clean of the venue prior to your event. We also include a 2-hour pre-visit where you can measure up, show any decorators the space etc. Note we do not have staff to support your event this is venue only. Additional hours to view or measure are available at £12 per hour. You will need to apply to the local authority for a temporary events notice if you intend for licensable activity, including alcohol to be sold.

Other Useful Info
  • A Hall Warden will meet you at your start time to open the hall and show you how everything works. 

  • You'll receive reminders about a week before your hire. 

  • We are allowed 150 in the hall but advise 80-90max for comfort.

  • Your Damages Deposit will be returned within 48 hours providing all is well and in line with our T&Cs.

  • Our cancellation policy is outlined in our T&Cs or on the booking page.

Number of hire hours:

  • Use of kitchen, main hall, rear garden and car park. Kitchen includes cups, fridge, Tassimo machine and microwave. Lots of tables and chairs.

  • Cleaning equipment available to use, hand sanitisers and washing up liquid in situ. 

  • Leave upto 1 standard bin bag of waste with us. 

Rules and Exclusions
  • Hall must be left as found (cleaned and tidied). 

  • Tape and tac should only be use on trims and not on paintwork or external doors. Most halls do not allow tape.
