We are open by appointment only so the Hall will be opened at your start time and be locked at the time your hire ends. Leave it as you found it We kindly ask that you leave the Hall in the clean and tidy condition that you found it, and place chairs and tables back. Tables and Chairs We have lots of rectangular and square tables - over a dozen 6ft tables, 8 x 3 ft tables and over 100 chairs. One bag of rubbish One standard sized black rubbish bag can be placed in our external black bin, any rubbish beyond that must be taken away with you (bags beyond this will be charged from your deposit at £5 per bag). Cleaning Materials We have mops, spray, clothes, tea towels and a hoover for you to use at the end of hire so you don't have to think about packing those. Donations of cleaning materials to our charity accepted too. We've a little room left for regular daytime hire but our evenings are unfortunately fully-booked for regular hire sessions. We also offer meeting and AGM room hire. We run a reduced 'seed rate' for new groups to help them settle in and grow their group at £12 per hour. REGULAR HIRE Build the Stanton Community We are a community-run venue and charity held in trust for the benefit of our community. We are not council-owned or run. Without support we can't survive. Whether that's as a trustee running the charity or helping cut lawns, running events or doing DIY. We provide volunteering, trustee and work placement opportunities for all.
