Regrettably, we do not allow 16th - 21st birthday parties after a history of incidents. 

We operate a 'leave it as you find it' policy. 

You must book the full time you need including setting up and cleaning away. 

Your booking isn't fully confirmed until we email you with 'FORMAL CONFIRMATION'.

Although rare, we will refund any bookings we're unable to accommodate in full within 48 hours (usually within 6).

We offer £5 off when you use Abi's Entertainments and book them for the same times as your hire with us as they help us open up (enter discount code:  USINGABIS at checkout).

We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments so you can pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

6.30-11.30 Evening Hire (non-resident)

£150 hire + £100 refundable deposit. For non-Stanton residents

About this Hire Option

5 hours of function hire on your a Friday or Saturday evening from 6.30-11.30pm. Please note there is no bar or bar service in the Hall. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate 16th - 21st parties after past issues (particularly damage and anti-social behaviour). You may need a Temporary Events Notice for your function: https://www.villagehallstanton.com/post/licensable-activity Music must stop by 11pm.
