Party hire and online bookings are back.

We've relaunched our online booking function.


As a result we've created packages we think will be attractive for your party.

We've had to move to asking for payment up-front for both the hire fee and damages deposit as our volunteers have previously spent far too much time chasing payment and planning for bookings that don't go ahead. It's not fair on their free time and goodwill.


Evening parties

We're resuming evening parties but with a shortage of community support we're having to engage paid help to help us manage these.


With the greater risk arising from evening parties, airing the building afterwards etc, the cost of an evening party is greater than daytime functions.


Cancellations

We've a generous cancellation policy.


Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: Full refund of hire fee and damages deposit less a £5 service charge. Or you can reschedule to another date at no cost.


Cancellations 15-30 days in advance: 75% hire fee and full damages deposit returned.


Cancellations 2-14 days in advance: 50% hire fee and full damages deposit returned.


Cancellations less than 2 days in advance: 0% hire fee refunded but full damages deposit returned.
